Terms and Conditions for participation in the ICH BIN EXPAT FAIR
Registration of exhibitor space
The participant declares by means of the registration form, completed and sent to the organizers (by email or with electronic signature), that he agrees to the conditions for participation at the ICH BIN EXPAT FAIR (hereafter to be referred to as event) included in the “Terms and conditions”.
The organizers retain at all times the right to change the date of the event or to even cancel the event in exceptional circumstances (force majeure), without the participant being able to make a claim for compensation for any sort of damage. An application may not be unilaterally withdrawn and/or altered. The organizers may allow a request for cancellation of the application on the condition that the participant involved pays cancellation compensation.
This compensation amounts to at least:
- 50% of the services ordered: when the registration is cancelled after receipt of the confirmation of registration;
- 75% when cancelling less than 2 month before the event;
- 100% when cancelling less than 1 month before the event.
A request for cancellation may only be made in writing and sent by registered mail.
Stand hire and payment conditions
Payment of the expenses must be made within 21 days of the invoice date unless stipulated differently in the “Terms and Conditions”. In all cases the payment owed must be received by the organizers at least 14 days before the event.
Goods shipped or brought to the exhibition center are at the risk and expense of the participant. The organizers are not responsible for insuring the goods. The organizers are not liable for damage of any nature to goods or persons resulting from or in relation to participation in the event. Neither are they liable for damage to third parties caused by the use of the stand by the participant or his personnel. The participant indemnifies the organizers from claims from third parties on this account. The participant is responsible for and is obliged to be insured against all damage to goods belonging to and/or persons working for or by order of the organizers and caused in any way by his involvement or negligence, or that of his personnel or his contributions.
The participant indemnifies the organizers from any claims others could make in this respect.
Table location is at the discretion of the ICH BIN EXPAT FAIR team. Requests for specific table locations will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Service elevator use
Should you require use of the service elevator, you must complete the Certificate of Liability Insurance form. The form will be provided by THE MEZZANINE Management, please contact [email protected]. The filled out form must be submitted to the venue and to the ICH BIN EXPAT FAIR team no later than October 30. 2019.
